條款和條件
1 申請流程：
1.1 申請人必須提交完整的申請表才能被考慮參加培訓課程；
1.2 所有申請將進行審核，並根據資格和適合性選擇候選人；
1.3 非牟利獸醫服務協會（“NPV”或“我們”）在任何情況以及任何原因下，保留拒絕任何申請的權利。
2 資格：
2.1 申請人必須年滿18歲；
2.2 必須對動物護理有興趣；
2.3 需要基本的讀寫和溝通能力；
2.4 不需要有任何動物護理經驗。
3 教學語言：
3.1 課程內容為英文為主，並以粵語教學。
4 培訓時間表：
4.1 培訓課程將包括15個課程，每節課程為120分鐘及有6小時實習時數；
4.2 培訓課程的內容及時間將提前通知；
4.3 參與者須按時參加所有培訓課程。
5 費用：
5.1 整個培訓課程的費用為HK$12,000.00；
5.2 費用包括培訓期間提供的所有培訓材料和資源；
6 付款：
6.1 必須在培訓課程開始之前全額支付培訓費；
6.2 支付詳情和指示將在接受培訓課程後提供。
7 取消和退款：
7.1 在課程開始日期之前的7天內發起的取消；
7.2 無論情況如何，在提交申請費後不得退款；
7.3 轉交的費用不得轉換為未來信用額或任何適用於NPV業務的費用形式；
7.4 NPV保留作出最終決定的權利。
8行為和參與：
8.1 學員遲到超過三十分鐘，將被視作「缺席」；
8.2 學員應在培訓課程中保持尊重和專業的態度；
8.3 鼓勵積極參與討論、活動和實踐課程；
8.4 任何擾亂行為或違反行為守則的行為會立即終止參與培訓課程並且不獲退款。
9 培訓材料：
9.1 提供的所有培訓材料、演示文稿和資源僅供教育目的；
9.2 未經事先同意，參與者不得分發或複製任何培訓材料。
10 證書：
10.1 成功完成培訓課程後，參與者將獲得完成畢業證書；
10.2 證書將展現參與者對學習的承諾和對培訓課程內容的理解。表現指標的理解
11 惡劣天氣安排：
| 警告信號 | 上課安排 |
| 三號或以下熱帶氣旋警告信號；黃色及紅色暴雨警告 | 課程照常進行。 |
| 八號或更高之颱風警告信號 | 課程開始前，若在 上課前2小時 解除颱風訊號，課程將重新安排。 |
| 黑色暴雨警告 | 警告有效期間為 上課當日：所有課程取消。 |
12 責任和保險：
12.1 培訓課程的組織者和教師對在培訓期間遭受的任何傷害、損失或損害不承擔責任；
12.2 建議參與者擁有個人醫療保險，以支付任何意外醫療費用。
13 課程更改：
13.1 如有必要，組織者保留更改培訓課程的時間表、內容或教師的權利。
Terms and Conditions
- Application Process:
- Applicants must submit a completed application form to be considered for the training program;
- All applications will be reviewed, and candidates will be selected based on eligibility and suitability; and
- The Non-Profit making Veterinary Services Society (“NPV” or “We”) reserves the right to reject any application in any circumstances and for whatever reasons.
- Eligibility:
- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age;
- A genuine interest in animal caring is essential;
- Basic literacy and communication skills are required; and
- No prior animal caring experience is necessary.
- Medium of Instruction:
- Cantonese, supplemented with English where appropriate.
- Training Schedule:
- The training program will consist of 15 sessions, each session lasts 120 minutes and addition 6 hours practical training;
- The schedule and timings of the training sessions will be communicated in advance; and
- Participants are expected to attend all training sessions punctually.
- Fees:
- A training fee of HK$12,000.00 is applicable for the entire program;
- Participants achieving a score of 80% or higher in the final examination will be eligible for a refund of $2000.
- The fee covers all training materials and resources provided during the program; and
- Payment:
- The training fee must be paid in full prior to the commencement of the program; and
- Payment details and instructions will be provided upon acceptance into the program.
- Cancellations and Refunds:
- Cancellations initiated within a period of 7 days before the commencement date of the program;
- Irrespective of circumstances, refunds shall not be granted subsequent to the submission of the application fee;
- The remitted fee shall not be eligible for conversion into future credits or any form of charges applicable within the NPV’s operations; and
- NPV retains the prerogative of rendering final decisions.
- Conduct and Participation:
- A participant arriving later than 30 minutes will be deemed absent.
- Participants are expected to maintain a respectful and professional demeanor during training sessions;
- Active participation in discussions, activities, and practical sessions is encouraged; and
- Any disruptive behavior or violation of the code of conduct may result in immediate termination from the program without refund.
- Training Materials:
- All training materials, presentations, and resources provided are for educational purposes only; and
- Participants are not permitted to distribute or reproduce any training materials without prior consent.
- Certification:
- Upon successful completion of the training program, participants will receive a certificate of completion; and
- The certificate will reflect the participant’s commitment to learning and their understanding of the program content.
- Arrangements under inclement weather conditions:

- Liability and Insurance:
- The training program organizers and instructors are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages sustained during the program; and
- Participants are advised to have their personal medical insurance to cover any unforeseen medical expenses.
- Changes to Program:
- The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the training program schedule, content, or instructors if necessary.
如中、英文兩個版本有任何抵觸或不相符之處，應以英文版本為準。
In case of any disparity or contradiction between the English and Chinese renditions of the Application, precedence shall be accorded to the English version.
